Another week down, some success and some challenges.
The first big challenge is that this is about the 10th time I've started this post. Damn Windows 10 crashes on my constantly (if you are working on a PC and don't run Windows 10--DO NOT UPGRADE!) Sigh... End of rant.
Other than that, it has been a normal, but busy week for me. Because of that, I've really just had to concentrate on my step count more than anything and my nightly "stepping" while watching an episode of House Hunters has pretty much become part of my routine now!
1. 63,000 steps/week
Friday 1/8 - 11,690 steps (5.25 miles)
Saturday 1/9 - 11,872 steps (5.33 miles)
Sunday 1/10 - 10,573 steps (4.75 miles)
Monday 1/11 - 10,364 steps (4.66 miles)
Tuesday 1/12 - 14,078 steps (6.32 miles)
Wednesday 1/13 - 11,895 steps (5.34 miles)
Thursday 1/14 - 10,427 steps (4.68 miles)
TOTAL: 80,899 steps (36.33 miles)
2. At least 2 dedicated workouts
Sigh...again just 1 dedicated workout. I really don't know what my block here is, but I need to get past it. And I need to get out of the mindset that "dedicated workouts" can only happen in the gym.
3. Complete the #FitReaders Virtual 5K at some point this month
We've had some pretty biblical weather here, so this one hasn't happened yet....
