Luckily, I'm back on my feet now...hopefully!
1. 63,000 steps/week
Friday 1/15 - 10,728 steps (4.82 miles)
Saturday 1/16 - 12,501 steps (5.62 miles)
Sunday 1/17 - 11,943 steps (5.37 miles)
Monday 1/18 - 12,745 steps (5,73 miles)
Tuesday 1/19 - 18,064 steps (8.12 miles)
Wednesday 1/20 - 7,254 steps (3.26 miles - virus hit that afternoon!)
Thursday 1/21 - 1,723 steps (.77 miles - all going between the bed and the bathroom!)
TOTAL: 74,958 steps (33.69 miles) I think I have to thank the steps I did while hate-watching The Biggest Loser on Tuesday night for helping me hit my goal this week!
2. At least 2 dedicated workouts
This was supposed to be the week I actually accomplished this one. I dug out my binder of workout DVDs on Tuesday and popped one in for a strength workout with the intent to do it again on Thursday....but then THAT didn't happen!
3. Complete the #FitReaders Virtual 5K at some point this month
Obviously didn't happen this week. It looks like I may just have to do this one on the treadmill soon...
Next week I'll set my February goals, which will probably look quite similar to my January goals. Sigh!
