Tuesday, 3/22 - 16,898 steps (7.59 miles)
Wednesday, 3/23 - 8715 steps (3.92 miles)
Thursday, 3/24 - 10,591 steps (4.81 miles)
Friday, 3/25 - 12,081 steps (5.55 miles)
Saturday, 3/26 - 5518 steps (2.48 miles)
TOTAL: 68,575 steps (30.99 miles)
2. At least 2 dedicated workouts/week
Thanks to walking my parents' dog, I got FOUR workouts in last week! Yahoo!
3. Complete the #FitReaders Virtual 5k at some point this month
I actually did this four times last week! Amazing! Here's a pic of one of them...
Since I didn't do very well on my goals this month, I'm going to stick with the same goals for next month. HOPEFULLY April will be more successful for me...
