#FitReaders Check - March 21, 2016

Hello all....no, "It's Monday, What Are You Reading?" Post this week (or next), simply because I'm on vacation, I don't have access to my master spreadsheet, and it is kind of a pain to write that particular post when I'm posting from my iPad.  I'll be back with those posts on April 4th.  However, I did want to do my #Fit Readers check in.



March Goals
1. At least 81,000 steps/week
Sunday, 3/13 - 9256 steps (4.16 miles)
Monday, 3/14 - 6300 steps (2.83 miles)
Tuesday, 3/15 - 15,498 steps (6.96 miles)
Wednesday, 3/16 - 10,363 steps (4.66 miles)
Thursday, 3/17 - 10138 steps (4.55 miles)
Friday, 3/18 - 8273 steps (3.72 miles) Travel Day
Saturday, 3/19 - 8329 steps (3.74 miles) does not include 2 hours of pool time!

2. At least 2 dedicated workouts/week
Nope...too busy getting ready for our trip!

3. Complete the #FitReaders Virtual 5k at some point this month
I'll be doing this during the coming week (hopefully!)
