Saturday Snapshot - March 19

To participate in Saturday Snapshot: post a photo that you (or a friend or family member) have taken then leave a direct link to your post in the Mister Linky below. Photos can be old or new, and be of any subject as long as they are clean and appropriate for all eyes to see. How much detail you give in the caption is entirely up to you. Please don’t post random photos that you find online.

Here are some more pictures from my husband's home town of Poulsbo, Washington:

This is Slick...the actual skeleton of a gray whale that washed up in the area some years ago.  It is on display at the Poulsbo Marine Science Center.

Hey!  My son found Nemo!

I think I called this one "Viking Propoganda" on Instagram!

If you are ever in Poulsbo, you must stop at Sluy's (pronounced Sly's) Bakery. It's the home of the Viking Donut--which is larger than your head and both my kids insist on eating an entire one by themselves whenever we visit.  However, what you really should get are the apple fritters--they have the best fritters on the planet!
