Well, this week was all about progress. I didn't meet any of my goals, but I did make progress towards all of them.
1 - 70,000 steps a week
Sunday, 6/5 - 10,325 steps (4.64 miles)
Monday, 6/6 - 4523 steps (2.03 miles)
Tuesday, 6/7 - 10,554 steps (4.74 miles)
Wednesday, 6/8 - 6122 steps (2.75 miles)
Thursday, 6/9 - 9158 steps (4.11 miles)
Friday, 6/10 - 5333 steps (2.4 miles)
Saturday, 6/11 - 13,136 steps (5.9 miles)
TOTAL: 59,151 steps (26.57 miles)
2 - 2 strength training workouts each week
I got one in! Woo-hoo
3 - 96 ounces of water a day
Again, I might have done better with this than I thought, simply because I am still getting in the habit of tracking my water. That being said, I do know that I got more than 96 ounces in one day and came close on most others.
So, a big improvement from last week and I'm hoping for more improvement next week. We shall see!
Right Now, I'm Reading:
This is my next book club selection and, since I was the person who chose it, I'd better get it done! It is actually surprisingly entertaining and, so far, a pretty quick read. My friend listened to the audio book and said that was good as wel.
I've never read Brenda Novak and I thought this novella would be a good place to start. I'm not too far into it yet, but it is only about 100 pages so I'm sure I'll get through it fairly quickly.
Yep, still reading it! I don't know what else I can say about it other than I just keep chugging along....

Again, I'm still just plugging away on this one...slowly. With the kids at home and not having to drive out to the school 1-2 times a day, my audiobook listening has taken a hit.

This is the book I'm hosting a launch party for today (Monday). It was incredibly entertaining and one I would widely recommend. I'm hoping to have my review up on Tuesday, but I haven't written it yet and Monday is pretty busy for me, so it might not show up until a later date.
